The Relm Portal is the key component of our Trade Fluidity ecosystem. It’s your window into accepting, managing, and trading both fiat and crypto currencies easily and efficiently. We’ve carefully designed the Portal to enable an easier and more convenient experience, opening up possibilities without requiring detailed training or specialist knowledge—making Trade Fluidity possible for every type of business.

‍What is the Relm Portal?

The Relm Portal is a standalone web-based portal (with all functionalities available via API for easy integration with existing systems if required) that enables users to accept, manage, and trade in multiple fiat and crypto currencies. Additionally, there is functionality to hold up to 38 fiat currencies in accounts with dedicated vIBANs for easy, secure international transfer. Our solution also allows merchants to accept payment for their goods or services, in crypto, whether online or at point of sale.

Phew! Sounds like a lot, right?

That’s why we built the Portal with both ease-of-use and regulatory compliance at the core. Offering all of this potential would be useless if it was hard to navigate and operate or became less efficient than doing the same things manually.

The Portal’s home screen gives you an instant visual on your balances in multiple currencies, and shows the status of recent transactions, so you can see how your money has been moving at a glance. In this screen, you can also easily add new currencies to manage from our list of available currency types. That way, as your currency mix changes, you can easily keep up.

Money that moves

It’s easy to send money through the portal, our Payout screen allows you to send money from any one of your managed currencies to an approved beneficiary in just a few clicks:

New payee? We make it easy to add their details too, whether it’s the SWIFT and IBAN details of a fiat account, or the recipients’ wallet details in the case of crypto—just fill out the details and click “Save”.

‍Making trades, not waves

The FX section of the portal makes it easy to exchange fiat currency.

Just fill out the “from” and “to” currencies, enter an amount in the “from” currency, and you’ll see our live FX rate and the fees for that exchange. Then, just hit the “Exchange” button and we’ll make the transfer for you behind the scenes.

The Exchange History section will allow you to see all exchanges you’ve initiated, and their status, so you’ll know instantly once the trade has been completed.

As the crypto market moves fast, your quote will continually refresh and give an updated figures. Your quote request will be processed quickly, if we need more time to get your quote, you’ll see the “request pending “screen.

In the OTC trading overview screen, you’ll see all the details of your trades in one place. The transactions section of this screen shows you the details and status of all trades made on your Relm Portal, where you’ll be able to accept your pending trades.

You can see trends at a glance with our charts, see a list of recent transactions, and see further details of the transaction with just a click.
